Pros
Tommy Hilfiger is a wonderful company to work for with so many opportunities for their employees. Senior management really believes in their teams and wants the best for their employees! I luckily have a great manager and cross-functional team members who I can trust and we all work well together. Employees are generally very happy at this company and believe in the brand.
Cons
Since it is a business in the fashion industry, people often leave to go to competitors. However, there are many employees that have been here for 10+ years, which is uncommon in this industry. It also can be hard to meet new people in the company, so create opportunities that promote people to meet and network.
