Pros
They have free coffee but the machine can be a bit finicky. Maybe it was just me.
Cons
Operates in a permanent crunch state expecting all employees to work a lot of overtime. Low pay. Weak benefits. I submitted for a PTO day 3 weeks in advance for a surgery. It was approved. The day of the surgery while I was in the hospital I got a phone call and an email that I was being fired. I never had a negative review or was told my work was anything but excellent and without warning I was fired "with cause" which allowed them to take away all of my vested options.
