Management's idea of motivation is beating people up. Turn over is high because they see people as disposable.
Spain doesn't think that paying their bills in the US is important because they have good credit in Spain.
Safety is not important to the Spanish. They have done things that endanger human health and don't care (at least that's how it looked to me).
Ethics. What ethics? I've seen them lie to customers, prospects and employees then turn around and acknowledge that they can't possibly do what they just agreed to.
The top management doesn't seem to understand the US market and lie to customers to get business even sending below spec material while hoping they don't get caught.
