Pros
Great pay for a starting engineer. Great team (TRAC and mod team) with caring and laid back supervisors! Environment (TEL side, not Intel side) was very flexible to everyone's experience levels.
Cons
Long wait to become full on employee. Lack of communication as there was so many loops to jump through if you're contracted. Some management seemed disconnected from their coworkers on the floor.
