Two step process. First is the phone screening process with HR. Then the onsite interview with current working teams. This includes EHS and multiple departments. Then you will receive an offer and negotiate terms with HR and the hiring team. The process is not swift because the position and terms need to be accepted by their subsidiaries in Japan before you are fully hired.
