      Pros

      Remote and awesome Pay. Holidays off.

      Cons

      CEO is a young micromanager!! HR is along his side turning a blind eye as people voluntary leave or continuously get fired when CEO gets in his feelings about constructive feedback. It’s only one way… his way. Don’t let the top money offer get you trapped. You are better off going anywhere but here unfortunately.

      Pros

      Toku is figuring out how to do things that haven't been done before. There is a lot of grey to navigate, which is exciting for someone in a legal role. There is a lot to learn and the startup environment is intense. Feedback is tough but fair.

      Cons

      Startups are always an intense place to work, especially ambitious ones. It's not for everyone and many people are not a fit at Toku.

      Remote work from home policy. Many good hard working employees.

      Cons

      Arrogant, condescending, unethical CEO who thinks he’s in founder mode but is really just an abusive, bad person wasting investors’ money with bad morale, no trust and churn.
