Pros
Great colleagues to work with. That's about the only positive thing I can say about my experience.
Cons
Management decisions often lacked transparency and employee input. One example was the decision to convert the 13th-month pay and performance bonus into ESOPs, with no alternative options offered to employees who preferred cash compensation.
There were concerns regarding the employee termination process. In my case, I was terminated without what I felt was a thorough investigation or an opportunity to fully present my side of the situation.
The company's systems and processes were not always reliable, yet employees were often held accountable for issues that appeared to stem from system limitations rather than individual performance.
There were also instances where individuals were promoted into management positions without sufficient training or leadership experience, which sometimes impacted team operations and decision-making.
Employees were frequently asked to take on responsibilities outside their defined scope of work without additional compensation or recognition.
While the compensation package was competitive, payroll delays occurred despite the company collecting customer payments in advance, which created uncertainty for employees.
