Complete lack of organisation Constant staff shortage Out of touch management that lack empathy. Doesn't feel very charitable for a charity. Tutors not paid to scale SLT love to infantilise if they can.

Like any job it has its pros and cons. You only live once, so if its not for you, leave. Don’t stay at any job if you’re miserable. Mental health is important. This job paid on time and had its challenging days.

Some children are physically violent when they don’t get what they want.
