Pros
Tock (now owned by American Express) offers very few pros. If you were lucky enough to be hired in 2023 or 2024 with a six figure salary, that would be the only perk.
Cons
-Leadership from the top down are incapable of leading a team. -Training is non existent -Culture is toxic if you're not part of the "Good Boys Club" -Absolutely no career ladder or room for advancement -Commission plan is horrible and will be even worse in 2026 -80% of the deals closed are inbounds that are routed to leaderships favorite employees -No diversity, no core value, no mission statements -A stale product that is getting crushed by OpenTable -Reactive instead of proactive
