Lot of flexibility, best product in the industry

Churn and burn mentality for the growth team. Horrible attainment throughout the org less than 40% and managements way of going about things is to keep bumping up headcount. Tams get smaller. Don’t be fooled this is a payroll role, if you can’t sell payroll to large groups you won’t hit quota.
