It's so amazing, I have never experienced a work environment quite like this one. The standards and expectations are high but the atmosphere is encouraging and team-oriented. Work life balance exists and is encouraged. I feel trusted and therefore respected. The interview process is intense, but purposeful - because it is rigorous the people are really top notch. The company is invested in building the People & Culture team which is so important as we grow. The perks are pretty sweet and it seems like they are always thinking about how to be inclusive and how to make benefits better.
