Pros
Genuinely really enjoyed working as a contractor with Toadman. Lovely work culture, very accepting and accommodating. Very diverse and there's no crunch. Very happy!
Cons
Only real challenge was the slight lack of UX designers on the project. It's not really their fault as they only had so much time and resource to throw onto the project I was on. Was a challenging project, but still enjoyable!
