Not great tbh - Character Animator Titmouse Employee Review

upper management is terrible. There's a big lack of communication between management and workers and people are often left hanging if they will be renewed. There have been many instances of worker emails to management inquiring about important information going completely ignored. There's a coldness since management changed and it's general consensus among the majority that people feel like management treats workers as if they are disposable, with an attitude of " our numbers matter more than our people ". Very gross, cold, cooperate and lacking the warmth and community that was Titmouse Vancouver prior to 2018. Also the building is an white, clamy, mostly barren warehouse and working there made me feel tired and ill. NOT a great environment for workers. Feels good to have left this place. People are getting tired of titmouse and more and more people are leaving to better studios in town.
