Pros
There are a lot of great things about working here - The environment and culture is really positive and encouraging. TitleSmart talks a lot about how they treat their employees, but they actually deliver as well! We have an acupuncturist on site that we can go to for free once a week, a fridge full of healthy food available to us, and standing desks in all of our offices and cubes.
Management is very involved in the day to day of the company and is always looking for ways to improve the workflow and efficiency. I also really enjoy the people here!
Cons
Because the company is growing so fast there are a few growing pains and a bit of flexibility is required as we adapt to the demand.
