The office staff at Titeflex in Springfield are among the best I've ever worked with. The office is casual and friendly. Everyone is there to support each other.

There is really no room for advancement, there are no raises to speak of, most people who work there wear multiple hats because corporate won't allow us to hire the people we need.
There are a couple of really great manager and director level people there and there are a few really awesome people on the floor.

Quite a few employees have a junior high school drama mentality. It's draining. The sad part is these people bring down everyone around them and even though the perform their jobs sufficiently, they contribute to the turnover of others. Pay is significantly lower than market in that area and PTO for hourly employees in abysmal.
