Pros

-> Sundays off -> Nice co-workers

Cons

-> Taskmasters instead of leaders -> Zero training in CRM or Product or any other aspect of your job. -> When I brought up training I was told "Look it up on youtube." When I asked what to look up, I was told to ask a former employee what they looked up. When I asked what the process was for after the sale I was told "we'll cross that bridge when we get there." They want their NEW Sales people to "take initiative" and train themselves. I mean in that in every sense. From getting keys made for the homes, to getting yourself setup in the new CRM, to getting computer access, and business cards. You are your own trainer, marketer, and IT. Management are taskmasters. However, there are no real leaders in this office. No one to take charge and to make sure everyone knew everything they needed. They also have an extremely high turnover rate in sales. Longest sales person has been there less than a year. I did not know that until my first day on the job. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and stress and find another position. I lasted less than three months... I lasted years in the car business. Ask yourself... why?

They had fair compensation and sales program.

Unstable company structure. Closed 1 location moved me to another then closed it also

Pros

I learned how to take advantage of customers. There are sales guys making one million dollars a year. The favoritism is out of control, and all they only care about deposits (not sales )

Cons

Long hours Telemarketing Cannot leave the office Micromanaged All leadership has a wrap sheet - check it out for yourself. Unethical They charge twice for delivery of home and add the following costs to the customers invoice --- GP = gross profit, they charge. For delivery twice even though its delivered once, they charge 750 for a vapor barrier, 5500 for your air conditioner, and a minimum of 4500 just to hook up the utilities you already have. So if you want to be a con artist this is the place for you.
