This company needs to get a grip on reality. Just because it works on paper and in theory does not mean it will always work in the real world. Every store and their clientele is different and should be treated and ran accordingly. What works in one neighborhood does not always work in another. Upper management needs to occasionally come in and work at store level so they can keep a firm grip on what works and what doesn't work.
They need to also develop a better plan to give their employees a better balance of work and family lives. This is a family owned company but is not run like a family owned company anymore and hasn't been for quite a long time.
