Pros
Tipalti sales has a culture of being really down to earth and telling it like it is. That can be hard for people who might not be used to a company like this. Sales is a grind - you have to build alot of pipeline and work hard to close deals. Our sales leaders are some of the best I have ever worked with- they really care about their reps and will move heaven and earth to help them but also hold people really accountable. I have grown a ton in the time I have been here and been pushed to be a much better sales person. Lot of stuff has changed this year but I don't think there is favoritism or non transparency- some people just want everything served up and this isn't that type of place. There is a ton of support and blanket honesty. This is the type of company you come to when you want a life changing work experience, have a desire to make an impact, and want to work hard/get rewarded.
Cons
We need to work on our support functions. Sales people have to get involved in post sales too much. Also, more Tipalti gear, functions, and ways to bring us closer. We need some decorating up in the office- like areas to meet, couches, etc.
