Cons
Horrible and selfish management specially at c level. Company had poor IPO (extremely low valuation) and that was followed by disappointing first quarter earnings. Result was that company wide 12% layoffs in all departments, all that while CEO made millions of dollars (read public records for CEO’s stock transactions) Because of uncertainties, new projects are getting scrapped, so employees work on maintenance of existing products. So not much to learn. Company has decent base salaries but does not pay bonuses or other benefits like 401k match. As a result, your W2 will not have anything but your base salary. This is of course different than most companies in the valley.
