      Three T's - the Team, Technology, and Timing - Great People working together as a team. Differentiated products provides significant value for wildly happy customers. Excellent leveraging of great internal technology to help team perform at the highest level.

      Cons

      It is not perfect.! However, in my 25 year career, I've never worked a better place.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
