Pros
Very quick and efficient interview procedure, initial interview with a recruiter and then hiring manager. Followed by follow up interview at EMEA HQ with hiring manager and then a further interview with a Director. After role acceptance, role was made very clear and what was expected of me very clear as well. Also the opportunity to go on new hire training came around very quickly, this resulted in great exposure to the company.
Cons
Some very minor admin errors between accepting the role and my first week, very minor issues.
