Pros
Culture, Product, Company values. As a US employee the benefits are remarkably good, particularly for a company of it's size. I've worked at companies 10 years older, with 20x the employees that don't offer 401k match, and Tines has an excellent match. PTO benefits are excellent.
Cons
I've made 10-15% more salary for the same role/title in other organizations. However I probably had less work life balance in those organizations as well. While there are many options medical benefits for US employees some can be a bit pricey for covering a family, relative to the deductible and max out of pocket expenses. However, overall the positives are so exceedingly positive that I don't even reply to recruiters on linkedin, other than to say "thanks, i'm not looking".
