Pros
- love the ICs (designers, engineers, pms). it's very diverse and social and i love how lgbtq friendly it is. not typical for most tech companies. - has a nice office and the boost bar (free drinks) is nice - garage has lots of chargers - working within dating is interesting and the problems you talk about are very relatable, so it's one of the most real-world/social spaces to work in - projects can be really interesting and fun
Cons
- leadership has gotten so bad - there's always a constant fear of layoffs - it's very difficult to get a promotion - morale has been really low since layoffs in march and the new leadership and management hasn't done anything to alleviate it - we've lost a lot of our team events so everyone feels disconnected - everyone wants to leave right now so joining this team as a new member will 100% be depressing and lonely - company has definitely gotten more frugal - product has become very cash grabby and it's clear we have the tackiest approaches to making revenue - it's impossible to launch large scale projects/changes - stock price has consistently gone down in the past 5 years (-70%)...it feels like we're on a sinking ship
