Pros

Good work life balance depending on which team you are on. Some great people (but they are getting more rare: the CEO values cheerleaders over achievers so... it's driven a lot of good people away)

Cons

Extreme turnover at the leadership level means no long-term vision. Total lack of investment on brand (one of Tinder's biggest challenges) from Match who are just milking Tinder for revenue. Feels like a sinking ship. Insanely political since the new CEO (4th one in 4 years...) started. Has driven out or fired so many people that we've been without a CPO or any senior Product leaders for 6 months. Unreal. CEO is childish, reckless and fake (on top of just being a bad human being but that's more of a personal opinion) : she is building her own little army of mean girls. This involves HR which is (and has always been) a disgrace. If that's not enough for you, these people are incredibly incompetent which makes the day to day simply comical. Give stupid people power and enjoy the circus. Compensation is average at best.
