Pros

There isn't too much to complain about at Tinder. Honestly, the best part about Tinder are the people. The majority of people who work here are very motivated and genuinely care about what they are doing on a day to day basis. Everyone is very passionate and all working towards the same goal. - Free meals everyday - Great social events -Sponsored Happy Hours -Flex Hours - Amazing office - Free beer and wine on tap - Fun coworkers

Cons

It has been an interesting transition, but I think for the best. Scaling is always hard in an organization, but I think our upper management has our best interest in mind. Sometimes the road map is a little unclear in terms of long term goals for 6 months to a year
