None, every contract we loose something. I don't think they will be around much longer.
Cons
If you aren't telling on people or doing drugs and drinking buddies with management they crapp all over you. I wish I would have never took the job. Swing shift for everyone so management gets your pension cause you die early from swing shift. Totally ruins your life. Stay away...
