      Pros

      -Good pay, especially for such a cheap area to live (17-21/hr, depending on class year) -Incredibly honest and transparent people. Timken takes integrity and ethics very seriously. -Beautiful office environment. Good/cheap food available in cafeteria.

      Cons

      -Only major con is being in such a boring location. Timken is a GREAT place to work, but Ohio just isn't too interesting.

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
