Cons
An environment which is controlled by stats and people looking over their shoulders at how everybody else is doing. A needless pressure, and an inability for anyone to express themselves. Also I've never seen a company where so many employees have left because of such a lack of a positive environment/career growth/being treated like adults. Yet Senior Management does absolutely nothing about. It is churn and burn, without a care for who that is. Senior Management are in it for themselves. End of.
