Pros
It's a highly specialized small company that sells and develops business intelligence and datawarehousing solutions for companies. The working environment is light and friendly, which promotes a good working relationship between the co-workers. For a trainee/junior consultant, the salary is also similar to those seen in other companies.
Cons
The management is a bit distant from the employees. There could be more communication related with the company's goals, well-being and objetives. At the moment, these are only communicated once a year during the annual general assembly meetings.
