Pros

Salary comes on time, brand name

Cons

My experience with TimesPro under the current leadership has been deeply disappointing. What concerns me most is the apparent disconnect between leadership expectations and operational realities. There seems to be an overwhelming focus on increasing sales productivity through pressure and targets, while very little attention is paid to fixing the internal processes, systems, and bottlenecks that directly impact revenue generation. Teams are constantly expected to deliver more, but are rarely given the tools, support, or process improvements needed to do so effectively. The sales organization, in particular, appears to be carrying the burden of growth challenges that are actually rooted in broader business and operational issues. Instead of addressing inefficiencies, leadership often resorts to increasing pressure on frontline teams, creating frustration rather than sustainable performance improvements. Another disappointing aspect has been the gap between what is preached and what is practiced. The CPO frequently speaks about people management, employee motivation, and leadership principles. However, there is little evidence of these ideas being reflected in day-to-day management practices. Conversations around empowerment, engagement, and culture sound impressive in meetings, but employees rarely experience them in reality. Great organizations are built when leaders remove obstacles, enable teams, and create an environment where people can succeed. Unfortunately, my experience at TimesPro has been the opposite: high expectations, increasing pressure, limited process improvements, and a leadership approach that often feels disconnected from the realities faced by employees. I hope the organization takes a hard look at its internal processes, leadership practices, and employee experience, because sustainable growth comes from enabling people—not simply demanding more from them.
