Timextender’s leadership truly cares about the company’s mission and its employees. They fire jerks and they hire kind and wonderful team players, who care about the company’s mission and their colleagues. I consider many of them to be my friends. Benefits like great pay and unlimited PTO are unbeatable. If you are smart, proactive, and hardworking, you are given the autonomy to contribute and execute your ideas to help achieve the companies goals. The product truly helps data teams achieve more.
Cons
Leadership makes yearly changes to the company’s commercial strategy and its structure. But if you can handle it, you can learn a lot. They don’t have managers, really. While there is great onboarding and training, it’s done by colleagues, not managers. There are no performance reviews and little guidance, so you need to be okay with being independent, getting friendly feedback from colleagues, but little to no professional guidance from management.
