Pros
I work in editorial with super smart colleagues who are extremely passionate and hardworking. I love my boss and fellow staffers, and I look forward to seeing them. Can't complain about the benefits, including 401(k), health insurance, fitness reimbursement, etc.
Cons
Unfortunately it's just a really tough time to be in publishing. Corporate seems like a faraway beast and we're all trying to keep up the morale as we're awaiting the big merger with Meredith. Nobody seems to be getting raises, and there are a lot of layoffs so everybody is doing a lot more with much less.
