Awful - Cleaner Time For You Employee Review

Great flexibility of hours. I've been very lucky with really lovely clients. Management/owner is brilliant at responding to any questions. Been with company nearly 2 years. He checks up on his cleaners.

No cons..feel really supported if I need to contact company.

Some nice clients, flexible hours

Poorly run and disorganised, they expect loyalty but don't give staff any, lack of work, no understanding about sickness, expected to work long notice period but they don't give you any when taking away clients. Hourly rate isn't enough for self employed.
