Pros
- Nice Office - Nice People - Flexible Work Environment for WFH when required - Have a research team who help with a lot of admin tasks
Cons
- Terrible Systems, outdated & don't integrate with CRM, and other tools. - Lied to in interviews about current processes, current systems, onboarding structure (was told onboarding would be good with certain things, but none of it never happened) targets, responsibilities of my roles - Complete lack of understanding about sales numbers (asked about CV Sent to IV Ratios, IV to Placement Ratios, Jobs to Fill Ratios, and other common recruitment numbers to help drive activity, and senior management had no idea or understanding why I was asking. - One of the worst commission structures I have come across in sales or recruitment. - Management change minds about how to do things every other day. - Stuck in a very old way of doing things - Management say is a work in office for most part but then don't come into office 3/4 days a week. - Have numerous fake LinkedIn Profiles that are not real people posting to drive engagement. - Business is not as many people as it says online
