Pros
Flexible scheduling, many great co-workers, decent pay for right out of college/first real job, good experience working with many disorders, good for resume
Cons
Not sustainable pay, no raises ever, management doesn't care about BHS staff, under-qualified people in important positions, some co-workers are extremely unreliable but never get punished because they are willing to pick up shifts, frequently short staffed which causes stress, burnout, and good employees begin to give up because our concerns and well-being is not a factor
