Pros

Some great people to work with who are also stuck in the same bad situation you are.

Cons

Of the 3 properties I have seen, 2 are an OSHA nightmare, none of them compensate their employees fairly but often ask for you to come in at odd hours, off days and consistently get more done in less time with a strict No Overtime policy. HR is geared toward high turnover and employee expendiblity as profits are ALL that matter. When I was there, our maintenance guys had 3 outdated, non working snowblowers and had to borrow from our sister property who didnt want to loan it. We were supposed to get them fixed but corporate instead wanted to raise profits for the investors as they do every year. They allowed rampant racism throughout the office and only made a couple of corrections when they were nervous about word getring out. Even on a corporate level they push the employees to violate fair housing laws and need to be seriously investigated. At one property they have had nearly and entire turnover of all employees after illegal conduct firings and people with morals quiting. Stay away unless you need something for a couple of months to get by. You will make as much at Subway as being an assistant manager here. No joke.

Pros

Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.

Cons

Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
