Our company offers an opportunity for our team members to provide input annually through our engagement survey. As a 5-7 year team member, I'm curious if you have noticed a change in our company culture? We are striving to meet our mission and vision. With those that have an internally motivated attitude, we can be the premier real estate investment and management company in the industry! We also have made significant improvements to the value that we provide our team members with additional benefits and compensation. In 2020 we are going to move our performance evaluation process up as well! So many positive changes.
