Pros

Pay is wonderful, benefits are the best and corporate really cares about their employees. I have been working for property management companies for over 5 years and I will have to say that this is the best company of all. They really want to see their staff growing by providing training tools and in-house positions. They allow you to be creative without shutting you down and they even remember your birthday by either sending you a card signed by everyone in corporate or even the CEO will call you personally and wish you a happy birthday! I will say I'm very happy at this company. I highly recommend!

Cons

In Kansas there's not a lot of positions to get promoted to, but to move up you would have to move out of state. Totally worth it!

Pros

Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.

Cons

Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
