Not pleasant - Vet Technician Timber View Veterinary Employee Review

Coworkers are super nice and welcoming, everyone is a team player and if your not it is brought to attention to either Dr. Sara (owner) or Emily (manager) and it is handled. Clinic is kept very clean and is always there to help clients in what ever way they need. They always try to accommodate to the client and pets needs whether that's money, level of care, or how they interact with them the best they can.

Sometimes the Dr. can get overwhelmed and get snippy but she always tries to notice that and change, everyone has their faults.

Veterinary Technicians are very sweet and the clinic provides high quality medicine to the animals it serves. Quiet location and not a lot of traffic throughout the day.

The doctor who owns the practice treats her staff like garbage. She doesn’t respect anyone there, has a short temper, expects you to know everything after the first day. When I was being trained my trainer told me “You don’t want to make mistakes here”. It’s a shame because because all the Vet Techs an Kennel Techs are smart and lovely but the owner doesn’t see that and causes a high turnover rate and uncomfortable environment.
