Company Vision: Go big or go home! Teamwork: Tiller is truly a Family. In very few companies have I experienced such a helpful bunch of people aiming towards combined success. Pace: fast, fast and faster.

Start-up growing pains. A fast pace doesn´t come with few problems. The number of newcomers every month keeps growing and it makes for a pretty crowded office. Moving to a new location will surely help, but it makes it difficult to learn all those names... You can tell that the high growth has employees sometimes stretching more than they can go, but it´s amazing to see them do it with a smile. Well established processes are still in the works, which will surely help to absorb growth.
