Pros

Interesting technology, solid values, generally good people, flexible.

Cons

Limited opportunities for product evolution. Poor handling of satellite offices including opaque staffing decisions and seeming willingness to leave a satellite office without any local management advocacy.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. I'm sorry to hear that you have a bitter taste when you look back on your Tile experience. Transperancy is something we hold dear at Tile in almost all areas, but key staffing decisions are not necessarily something that every employee can have a say in. In the particular circumstance I believe you are referring to we did not take that decision lightly, and considered it very carefully which included gathering feedback. In addition, with the pandemic in high gear, everyone working from home, and strong and well-liked leaders excited to lead in the interim from San Mateo, we have taken a steady state approach to what we will do about Vancouver on the ground leadership. We still plan to invest and grow in Vancouver. It's a great market with strong talent who we believe strongly will continue to contribute to Tile's success. Wishing you good things in your future. Lissa
