Pros
There are a lot of genuinely nice people on staff. Most of the employees are great to work with, except in sales, which is a revolving door anyway.
Cons
Those nice people do not include management. This is an Emperor Has No Clothes story, and everyone is afraid to say it. Many of the problems with Tigerpaw are institutional and go back a long way. Fragile egos, stoked by privilege. If a core value is to not be a jerk, monitor your management for adherence to this core value, but no, core values are for show. Silo's everywhere, lack of communication between departments, and management blow ups when the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Reminds me of Cartman yelling "Respect my Authoritay!"
If your CEO is focused on playing his guitar, writing books and "having great meetings", but doesn't really lead, how do you think this is working. My best advice to anyone considering Tigerpaw is DON'T.
