      Wonderful workplace with an ongoing understand to keeping employees happy and excited to come to work. Many teamwork events and nothing goes unnoticed! Productive workplace with topics always improving.

      Hard to stay on a diet - everyone always shares awesome food in the community kitchen!

      Tiger Optics has cutting-edge technologies & innovative products; and thrives with a culture of Lean manufacturing & ISO with focus on continuous improvement, quality and efficiency. The team is fantastic, highly skilled and motivated. The average tenure is > 5 years, and the company has track record for promoting employees through the ranks (myself included). As the company continues to expand, there are many opportunities for employee growth and development.
