Hire and fire organization. As soon as they don't have project they will fire you..They don't have relevant projects. Project managers and Principal architect doesn't have knowledge. Even if it is senior's fault, they will fire junior resources. In my project also, 3 people were fired just because of poor mangement and poor vision of Principal Architect. HR and so called learning partners will not listen to your issues. On the name of re evaluation they will fire you without notice period even without giving giving notice period compensation. They threaten people by saying they will give termination letter on ground of your poor performance and take your notice period money. Else, resign by yourself and will release you in one day and not give any notice period compensation. This re evaluation is just for name sake. It is pre decided to fire employees. They will trap you in the name of relieving letters and eat your notice period compensation.
