Pros
There really are no pros, other than the fact that you get benefits and a 401k match, which really isn't a pro considering how awful the workplace is.
Cons
This place is the absolute worst. Management is completely and utterly clueless, and most of the time aren't even useful in situations that need to be escalated to the management level. They're constantly in "important" meetings where they seem to get absolutely nothing done, yet it lasts hours so you're hoping that you have no issues that need to be escalated to management level because it's basically impossible to pull them out of those meetings, and you can get scoffed at for doing it. There is no respect for a work/life balance, and you're expected to work absolutely ridiculous hours without complaining. People get fired at the drop of a hat with no explanation as to why. Everyone is absolutely miserable, and coworker relationships suffer because of the constant misery throughout the workforce. Most of my coworkers cried at work at least once, completely due to work-related reasons. There were many incidents where coworkers were treated so badly by supervisors and managers that really should've been escalated to HR. My advice to any prospective employees - run, and run fast! This place is awful. Don't let the glimmer of the jewelry blind you into an awful, awful workplace.
