Pros
My internship experience has been wonderful. The flexibility of your schedule is great, allowing for excellent work-life balance. The atmosphere of the company is warm and friendly. As one reviewer stated, it does feel like a little family. Supervisors are positive and encouraging. I have had so much opportunity to learn new technologies and skills and take initiative to try new things. Also, despite just being an intern, you get the chance to actually contribute to projects. The work force is diverse and everyone is treated respectfully no matter your age, sex, ethnicity, or nationality. Very positive place that encourages learning and growth.
