      Pros

      The comradery and friendliness of everyone that worked there was awesome. The culture within the bank was great. The management was very helpful with placing the staff in good situations and helping them move within the bank. A few really bad decisions from senior management caused major failure.

      Cons

      The pay in my area wasn't very good. The bank eventually collapsed because of a few bad decisions.

      Pros

      Highly flexible, no two days are alike, get to see the impact I directly have internally and externally every day. Company genuinely cares about the well-being of its staff.

      Cons

      Has over 350 unique clients spanning a few thousand service locations, so issues arise or things are needed well beyond business hours sometimes.
