      Pros

      Travel for free and networking with people across the states and even country. Unlimited growth opportunity. So many different avenues to pursue.

      Cons

      Hours are mid day can be considered long hours for some , But in my experience they are very understanding when needed to take off time.

      Pros

      The culture here is upbeat and lively and you will make a lot of friends here. Access to mentorship and 1 on 1 time is amazing. Lots of opportunities to practice communication skills such as direct sales, public speaking, team building, and presentation.

      Cons

      This is a career, not a job. The hours are insane. The pay is decent except for a few top performers.
