Open culture and tries to be a flat organization. Nice offices CEO is open and approachable good work/life balance

Junior Management taking decisions without data or experience. German management & HR with disregards for Nordic culture and rules, creating miscommunication, culture crashes and unnecessary disputes.

First of all a proper THANK YOU for putting in the time and effort to let us know what's on your mind. We appreciate it more than you might think. We'll take your cons to heart and want you to talk to us about it. Unfortunately, Glassdoor, as well as most other reviewing platforms, offer no way of opening a dialogue easily. Asking you to get in touch, without further initiation seems too one-sided and off. You just kind of got in touch, didn't you? In fact we love cultural difference, thats probably part of the reason why we work in an international company. The awareness matters, which is why we for example have cultural awareness training in our training portfolio. When it comes to disputes - well, they are part of (work)life. They are an important element in a trustful working environment. People have different views, opinions, backgrounds, experiences and yes we embrace constructive & healthy disputes to make this mix work and come out with the best possible solutions to grow together as a team. We are not afraid of disputes, we don't push for them but we also don't avoid them for the sake of false harmony." With love and sparks, your glowing teamsters. --- By the way, about the internal hiring issue - Our ATS (TeamTailor) has a feature that allows employees to log in and do all sorts of things (like referring future Tibberinos and applying to roles). We are all set there on a technical level. Thanks to your feedback, we understand that this needs to be communicated much better, though. Something we will do now. Talented and driven colleagues who are the main reason the company functions at all Competitive compensation for those who negotiated well when joining A generally social and energetic atmosphere in the Stockholm office

The CEO demonstrates a clear inability to handle criticism, which creates a culture of silence and discourages honest feedback Constant top-down strategy changes driven by the CEO make it nearly impossible to execute effectively or build anything long-term Leadership behavior is inconsistent with the company’s stated values, eroding trust across the organization Chronic overwork is normalized, and burnout is not an exception but a pattern HR is ineffective and fails to provide even basic structure or support
