Pros

- Some great people work here — have to find them though - Flexibility in making your own hours

Cons

- Managers promoted after failing in previous positions - Managers who take no time to learn about the team they’re managing because they’re “just a number to me” - Lots of “relationships” in management and creating a high school clique environment - No one to turn to with issues because it’s obvious you cannot trust managers - Managers whispering at desks with higher ups - Sales Rep who does absolutely nothing and brings in no work, but is considered as “doing no wrong” while others in the department get let go due to no incoming work - Work from home opportunities are nice, but there’s no one managing it — some staff aren’t working or logged on at all - Compensation is a joke — There are reviews, but raises aren’t given. Pay is not equivalent to cost of living. The value seems to be on equipment, not on employees. - Promotions are given to higher ups who are best friends with said higher ups and then put in departments they know nothing about - There’s no diversity in employees - Listened to a manager get drunk at the bar (inside the office) and bash on LGBTQ+ employees of a company Thysse is partnering with — absolutely disgusted by what was said about the employees by a MANAGER! Moral… Run from this company!

We respect and appreciate your perspective as well as all employee’s perspective; positive or otherwise. We strive to ensure favorable employment for all our team members but realize that is not always possible. We are committed to learning from unfavorable feedback and are constantly looking to improve our employee’s experience. We understand that delivering concerns upwards can be challenging yet we continue to encourage open communication as it is essential in promoting a positive and supportive work environment. We are truly committed to keeping our doors and inboxes always open. As with any caring company, we are unable to address concerns we are not aware of. Diversity and inclusion are essential to our success at Thysse. We absolutely do not tolerate derogatory statements or behavior of any type. We welcome any specific details you can share to ensure this issue is addressed immediately. We recognize management and leadership is often subject to criticism and we understand there is always room for improvement. We take this feedback critically and see this as an opportunity to further shape our ongoing leadership development efforts. Compensation advancement opportunities within Thysse are achievable as defined by our Total Compensation Program which is designed to recognize and reward efforts that drive our organization forward. We genuinely regret that you did not have a positive experience and sincerely hope that your next career opportunity meets your expectations.

Pros

Thysse is family oriented, and in most cases, you will always get any day off that you request. ALL their Supervisors & Managers seem to be great to work for & care for their employees.

Cons

POOR communication on daily work, that should be communicated to employees. If you don’t have a office area position, it seems like you’re not important enough to be heard. They have eliminated positions that affect other employees needing to cover this work without overtime. When they eliminated the company President position, it hurt morale. The retried President made rounds complimenting entry lever employees, the owner doesn’t have time for these duties. Employees ALWAYS enjoyed their Christmas party, which was eliminated after 2023. They “claim” to be a family oriented company, this decision has made poor morale….
